Delete Washito Account

This page explains how to delete your Washito account and what data is deleted or retained.

Option A (recommended): Delete inside the app

1) Open the Washito app

2) Go to Settings

3) Tap Delete Account

4) Confirm deletion

Option B: Request deletion from this page

Use this if you can’t access the app (e.g., device lost, OTP issues). Submitting a request does not require login. We may ask for verification to prevent unauthorized deletions.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete or de-identify (as applicable):

• Account information: phone number, name (if provided), email (if provided)

• Vehicle details: brand/model selections and vehicle number

• Service details associated with your account (bookings, addresses, parking instructions)

• Payment-related identifiers stored in our system that are linked to your account

What data may be retained

Certain information may be retained only if required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons (for example, transaction records). If retained, we limit access and keep it only as long as required by law.

Processing time

In-app deletion is processed immediately. Web requests are typically completed within 7 days, subject to verification and compliance requirements.
