This Privacy Policy explains how Washito collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Washito app and related services (the “Service”).
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly:
• Account: phone number, name (optional), email (optional)
• Vehicle: brand/model selection, vehicle number
• Service details: address, society/building, parking instructions, contact phone/email for coordination
• Payment context: order identifiers, payment status, and transaction references from payment partners
How We Use Information
We use information to:
• Authenticate you via OTP and protect accounts from misuse
• Schedule services, assign time slots, and communicate updates
• Process payments, reconcile orders, and handle refunds where applicable
• Improve reliability, prevent fraud, and debug operational issues
• Provide customer support
Sharing
We may share limited information only as necessary to provide the Service:
• Payment providers: to create orders, confirm payment status, and process refunds
• Service operations/team: to complete service at your location and coordinate scheduling
We do not sell personal data.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion by deleting your account in the app.
Your Choices
You can update name/email in the app Settings. You can delete your account in the app: Settings → Delete Account.
Security
We apply reasonable technical measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
