Overview
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Washito app and services (“Service”). By creating an account, logging in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & Account
You must provide accurate details (phone number and vehicle information) and keep them up to date.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Keep your device and OTP secure.
2. Services & Scheduling
Washito provides doorstep vehicle cleaning services. Availability depends on location, time slots, staffing, weather, and operational constraints.
You agree to provide reasonable access to the vehicle and parking location and to share accurate address and parking instructions to complete the service.
3. Plans, Pricing & Payments
Prices shown in the app are in INR and may vary by vehicle model. Plans may have validity and usage rules.
Payments are processed by payment service providers. We do not store full payment card details in the app.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) depend on service status and verification by our team and/or the payment provider.
Refund processing times may vary by payment method, bank, or provider.
5. Prohibited Use
You must not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, or submit false information.
You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information to provide the Service.
7. Account Deletion
You can delete your account from inside the app: Settings → Delete Account.
Deletion removes your account and associated data from our systems, subject to any legal or compliance retention requirements.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
