• Registered phone number

• Vehicle number

• Order ID (if payment-related)

Common help topics

Login / OTP issues
Check your phone number, network connectivity, and try again. If you still can’t receive OTP, contact support on WhatsApp.
Add vehicle
In the app: Add Car → select brand → select model → enter your vehicle number.
Plans
Plans include Single wash, Monthly (30 days), and Quarterly (90 days). Pricing varies by vehicle model.
Time slots
Available slots depend on service availability. If you can’t find a slot, contact support.
Payment succeeded but plan not active
It may take a short time to sync. If it doesn’t update, share your Order ID with support.
Refunds / cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on service status and payment provider confirmation. Contact support with Order ID.

Account deletion

You can delete your account from inside the Washito app: Settings → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and associated data, subject to any legal/compliance retention requirements.
